By using the Muslim Mubarak application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the App.
2. Service Description
Muslim Mubarak is a mobile application that offers prayer time tracking, Quran reading, dua learning, AI-powered religious guidance, and spiritual wellness features. The App does not provide religious fatwas and is not a substitute for professional religious consultation.
3. User Account
You can create an account or continue as a guest to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Please notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.
4. Premium Subscription
Muslim Mubarak Premium subscription offers additional features. Subscription fees are charged through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to enjoy premium features until the end of the current period.
5. AI Assistant
The AI Assistant in our App provides general religious information but is not a substitute for professional religious fatwas. We recommend consulting a qualified religious scholar for important religious matters. AI responses are for reference only and are not binding.
6. Content Usage
Quran texts, duas, and other religious content in the App are compiled from reliable sources. You may use this content for personal use but may not reproduce it for commercial purposes.
7. User Conduct
When using the App, you must comply with laws and moral values. Use respectful language in Prayer Wall and community features, and do not share hate speech or inappropriate content.
8. Location Data
We may request access to your location data to determine prayer times and qibla direction. This data is used only for in-app functionality and is not shared with third parties.
9. Notifications
We will ask for your permission for prayer reminders and other notifications. You can turn off notifications at any time from the app settings.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". While we take utmost care for the accuracy of prayer times, calculation differences may occur. We recommend confirming from local sources for critical worship timings.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
